It's a hard concept to grasp in all reality. In any phase of our lives we hate to start over. Whether it's going to a new school, a new job, a new relationship...we hate it. It forces us to leave a place that was comfortable and enter into a new period that will be to some extent different than the last.
Personally...I don't embrace change. For nothing other than the reason above. I acknowledge that it's needed though.
